You could get the front bagged for that much but you will wont be laying unless you want to raise your upper arms, get custom arms built etc, all of which affect steering and suspension geometry, whereas spindles do not.
Funny how minitruckers are the only custom enthusiasts who look at a $ value before anything else. Wow these correct every issue involved with lowering a colorado including bumpsteer and retarded camber...but thats alot of beer money. When you consider the amount of R&D put in to develop a product like this, $1000 is pretty reasonable, considering no one else has been able to do it. I havent seen rado drop spindles from DJM, Belltech or McGauphys. I dont remember the last time I saw a set of visually appealing spindles.

What do you know? Your just a painter who sniffs too much fumes all day. They are definitely ugly. I say wrap a nice clean piece of sheet metal on the inside so it doesn't look like a piece of 1X1 anymore. They could look good in the end, just depends on how good you are? I always find Max builds like an engineer. His stuff is more for function rather than fame. You'd think since he's such a smart guy, He'd know how to build his own castings? Seriously! I'm by no means knocking his work. I'd love to be that good. Maybe one day!
