If you use belltech drop balljoints you can lay on 20's or 22's without moving your uppers. I've done tonnes of research on this lately. I would get new uppers made to look cool but its not needed. Unfortunately like you said I lost substantial steering radius with my 4/5 drop on my colorado. But it looks slick

I've had no issues with my drop bj's
Did you get an alignment? I lost steering radius with them and a little more when I added the drop springs but all in all I lubricate them often and they have been sweet! Needs bags though
