Drag Bars

Alright, Cars almost done and i need to build a drag bar, Do you guys usually weld them to the frame or make them bolt on? I'll be making it sit flush with my rear bumper so i dont take up the plastic too much, haha.

Shouldn't that frame have 1/2 plate wrapped all around it?

Just lay it out and Drag!!

LOL 1/2" laid around it would be heavy as shit. You want to wrap it in 1/2" for me? ill drop the car off this fall for you then lol.

Cars just got mild reinforced right now. Arches and down the center of the frame all in 3/16 plate.

make it bolt in! but strong. that way you can replace easier if bent or dragged through
