Tubing Benders

I keep asking online and I never get a straight answer. I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help. I'm looking for a tubing bender and flaring tool for my hydraulic lines, but I'm not sure where to get them. Also are they any different then brake line benders? The only thing I can think of material wise is that the hydro lines are thicker metal. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

the batteries and pumps are in the living room. Joel at mindliss has the rack done, but waiting on other parts before he shipped it out. Once I get the rear bars in (they make my swing arm) I will get Joel to make up the last few pieces to get that together and then basicly plumb and wire. Thats as long as the pumps I got work. If not then looks like I'll be dishing out more money to get 2 new ones (lets hope that doesn't happen).

Once I get the parts from Joel I will post some progress stuff.

Its going to all be done in my soon to be snow filled drive way. I hope to have everything but tubbing the car to be done by March (paint included) Then when I move home for summer tub the front and back end at my friends place.

so for all of those that complain about cold garages, imagine an open parking lot.

well if you find the time (I know you busy) post them up, or e-mail them to me and I can. Or I can just post some pics when I get the rack next week.

Also

I got a tube bender (does 3/8ths tube) and a flaring tool. I looked at a few places and everyone had basicly the same thing. I ended up just getting the stuff from home depot. Most of the stores like Maslacks carried the same item, so I figure its probobly good enough.

Now just to get some actual tube and fittings.

Anyone know where to get 3/8ths OD hydro line, either 0.035 or 0.049 thickness (thats what hydroholics sells). Just shopping around though.

Hey Adam, all your stuff is shipping today. Sorry for no pics, my camera is dead as shit and I can't find the charger since I moved this week, probably in a box of junk! So I'll leave the pic posting to you unless I stumble upon it this weekend. The trailing arms came out nice.

you need the .049 wall. that matches the specs on the hydraulic hose that comes in all the kits. And the bender and flaring tool at home depot is probably not gonna work. and is the flaring tool 37 degree's ? i'll get you thew part numbers off my stuff i have. i got them threw akland garinger (spelled wrong)
