i broke the the spot where the axle and wheel bearing meet. Apparently. The ball joint is deffinetly shot, but I kinda think the axle might be ok. Either way I got new ones just incase. $490 for parts after tax but I get $150 back when I return the old axle as a core. so $340 Taxes in. I can't really complain I guess. The Costs of being stupid. BUT it does mean I can attempt to 3 wheel the rest of the weekend until I put the new parts in. Break the old parts even worse.
PS: I say we put the IRS in my car... and maybe clip the front, do a full frame, put shea's v8 from the nissan in and make it RWD and lay it on the rockers... weekend project?

its only money
and breaking the part gave me an excuse to rip out all the cylinders to get them installed the right way this time. The car is on jacks in my drive way and I am going to ensure that this time all the leaks go away.... stupid leaks.

the fittings. I think I have all the cylinders leak free now, all thats left are the fittings that let the line go through the trunk floor.
I got the fittings that are suposed to warp so no need for teflon tape... well thats bs. I have now learned to tape everything regardless. Last time I listen to people at the hydraulic store.

A bit of an update. I fried my dumps some how (I think the spring was pooched) so I got 4 hydroholic dumps and rebuilt my pumps. While I was at it I had the last few parts welded by a guy at work and bolted it all in like I wanted too.
I also did a coupe front end swap w/ projector headlights that I built. It took my sedan and the coupe headlights to get it to work. Here are some pics from Scrape by the Lake 2010 where I took 2nd place Saturn. ![]() ![]() ![]()
