Gee, and my wife refuses to even step foot in the garage until I atleast have mine in primer, she stumbled across some pics of mine on the computer all cut apart and almost got sick.
I think that stems from her 3 brothers that would tare a car down to work on it then end up selling it in boxes cause they had no idea what they were doing.

yeah and not to mention it would look killer
And a bridge across the notches? even just one thick bar to hold it tight when aired up

havent decided what to do about boxing the frame...will it possibly fail where i've joined the frame to the rear clip? the tubing is 2x4x3/16. its not a hopper LOL
right on the money Kris, there will be a 1.5" shock bar tying the notches together, prolly 3/16 wall (not sure what that is in schedule) |

It would definately be a good idea to box in the frame....your tubing is plenty strong enough, it's just the C-channel stock frame that has now become your weakest point....looks good though!

yeah where they meat the frame isn't as strong as the notched area ow. And wit h the suspension flexing around that area it would be good to box it in a bit. Its real easy to do and cheap. You don't ned much material. Just got to the local metal shop and buy some pieces they have left over from cuts. I think they are called end cuts or whatev.
