Sounds like the same shit that goes on over here. instead of looking for the gangs that are killing people, they stop use for BS stuff. I got pulled in the other night for a cracked window, i no its illegal to have and all that, just havnt got it fixed yet. i had my windows down, he made my roll them up so they could check for tint. i ask, whats it matter if there tinted there down? told me to roll them up or im getting a ticket for the cracked window. rolled them up made this big to do about about the 70% tint till i pointed out the DOT marking right below the 70%. must have pissed him off told me get out of sight lol.

I heard that the cops got an email or a memo last week that they needed to put out two tickets a day minimum. This could be some random bull shit i'm spitting that I heard from someone else. But I wouldn't be suprised! Every cop I've seen in the last week has had some one pulled over!

This is old news, and was sent out a few weeks ago, and was in the news. Every "cruiser" that is out there is supposed to hand out 2-3 tickets a shift, or face bad reviews.

IMO, pure bullshit. They even said it was to generate revenue.

Much better things to be focusing time on.

same thing happen to me thats happening to euter, it tool forever for them to call me back. and the bangor place didnt even have a lift, the inspection cop, which i think was ward, had told me to just come in at full lift and i'd pass the inspection. i also wired a kill switch to the switch box so that if they asked me to dump it, id show them that the switches didnt work anymore

Actually Gas that is a very cleaver idea!!! well played.... constable WARD didn't even notice my switchbox.... at least he played dumb. He tried telling me he is building some hot rod but is taking his time to make it "safe".

I've been trying to get a hold of them all morning as well to schedule for Friday...

It is all a cash grab IMO, problem is I don't even know where to begin to do something about it, one person can't make a difference right?

Another idea for your switchbox. I know of a Cadillac that needs the cigarette lighter to be pushed in for the switches to work!

if avs boxes were out when i ordered my bag stuff I would have def gone that route.
